Genie is a hazy form; the pattern of heat at a distance made solid. Created and repurposed from a broken “O” vessel, Genie is erosion as creation-- recovery of bisque mishaps to make an intriguing, sylphy shape. As two winding sides of a foggy, wooded valley or the clouds of mist created by the force of a river, Genie rises upwards with charming allure.
Custom glaze finishes available upon request, including but not limited to: Matte White, Matte Black, Sandstone (textured beige), Magma (textured black), White Crackle, Sketchbook, Deep Chrome, Vintage Gold, Sierra (copper oxide green wash splash), and Polka Dot (black and white).
Glazed ceramic stoneware. Holds water, but due to the porous nature of stoneware, we do not recommend setting on surfaces that may be damaged by sweating.
